Ao abrigo do disposto nos artigos 44.º e seguintes do Código de Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 4/2015, de 7 de janeiro, conjugado com o disposto no n.º 2 do artigo 6.º e n.os 2, 3 e 4 do artigo 9.º do Estatuto do Pessoal Dirigente, aprovado pela Lei n.º 2/2004, de 15 de janeiro, na sua atual redação, aplicado à Região Autónoma dos Açores pelo Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 2/2005/A, de 9 de maio, na sua atual redação, o qual estabelece o estatuto do pessoal dirigente dos serviços e organismos da administração regional, determino o seguinte:
