Despacho n.º 1667/2019
1 - Ao abrigo do disposto no Despacho n.º 849/2019, de 10 de janeiro, do Vice-Almirante Superintendente do Pessoal, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 15, de 22 de janeiro de 2019, subdelego no Chefe do Departamento Administrativo, de Normalização e de Comunicação da Direção de Pessoal, Capitão-de-Fragata José Manuel Moreira Pinto, a competência para:
a) No âmbito administrativo e financeiro:
Autorizar despesas até ao limite de 50 000,00 (cinquenta mil) euros com a locação e aquisição de bens e serviços, com faculdade de subdelegar.
b) No âmbito da proteção na parentalidade e assistência à família e relativamente aos militares e civis, em qualquer forma de prestação de serviço efetivo, que prestam serviço no Departamento Administrativo, de Normalização e de Comunicação:
1) Concessão de licença parental inicial em qualquer das modalidades;
2) Concessão de licença por risco clínico durante a gravidez;
3) Concessão de licença por interrupção de gravidez;
4) Concessão de licença por adoção;
5) Concessão de dispensas para consulta pré-natal, amamentação, aleitação e para avaliação para adoção;
6) Autorização para assistência inadiável e imprescindível a filho;
7) Autorização para assistência a neto;
8) Concessão de dispensa de trabalho noturno e para proteção da segurança e saúde;
9) Redução do tempo de trabalho para assistência a filho menor com deficiência ou doença crónica;
10) Autorização para assistência a membro do agregado familiar.
