Despacho n.º 138/2021
Sumário: Determina a renovação da comissão de serviço de Luís Maria Feixeira de Carvalho.
1 - O artigo 9.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 36/2017, de 28 de março, determina que os investigadores do GPIAAF são providos por despacho do diretor, em regime de comissão de serviço, pelo período de três anos, renovável por iguais períodos, de entre profissionais de reconhecido mérito e comprovada experiência nas matérias atinentes à investigação de acidentes com aeronaves ou à investigação de acidentes ferroviários.
2 - O investigador do GPIAAF Luís Maria Feixeira de Carvalho foi nomeado por despacho do diretor do Gabinete de Investigação de Segurança e de Acidentes Ferroviários (GISAF), publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 18, de 27 de janeiro, com efeitos a 1 de janeiro de 2015 e por um período de três anos, renovável por iguais períodos.
3 - As comissões de serviço dos investigadores do GISAF em funções à data da criação do GPIAAF mantêm-se nos seus exatos termos até ao final do respetivo período e o GPIAAF sucedeu ao GISAF nas suas atribuições e na titularidade de todos os seus direitos, obrigações e posições jurídicas contratuais.
4 - Por ser de interesse para a prossecução da missão do GPIAAF a continuidade do desempenho de funções do referido investigador, a sua comissão de serviço foi renovada através de despacho publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 247 de 27 de dezembro de 2017, com efeitos a 1 de janeiro de 2018 e até à data de finalização do procedimento inerente à designação dos investigadores para o GPIAAF o qual só pode ser realizado após a publicação do despacho dos membros do Governo responsáveis pelas áreas das finanças e das infraestruturas fixando a dotação dos investigadores da área ferroviária.
