Considerando que é necessário levar a cabo um procedimento pré-contratual de concurso público, tendo por objeto o fornecimento de transportes escolares em circuitos de aluguer para a Escola Básica Integrada da Horta, ilha do Faial, para o ano letivo de 2019/2020;
Considerando que o valor total da adjudicação acarreta um encargo previsível de 247.709,43 € (duzentos e quarenta e sete mil, setecentos e nove euros e quarenta e três cêntimos), ao qual acresce o IVA à taxa legal em vigor, a ser pago pela rubrica 02.02.10 A) Transportes Escolares do Orçamento do Fundo Escolar;
Considerando que se afigura aconselhável que o procedimento seja levado a cabo pela unidade orgânica de modo a permitir o seu controlo direto;
Considerando que em função do valor, o conselho administrativo não tem competência própria para autorizar o procedimento.
Pelo exposto determino:
1.Delegar no conselho administrativo da Escola Básica Integrada da Horta, os poderes para proceder à decisão de contratar a aquisição de transportes escolares em circuitos de aluguer para o ano letivo 2019/2020, nomeadamente: autorizar a despesa inerente ao contrato a celebrar, proceder ao concurso público com publicidade internacional, aprovar as peças do procedimento, nomear o júri, adjudicar, nomear o gestor do contrato, outorgar o contrato e praticar todos os atos subsequentes que, no âmbito do mesmo, sejam cometidos ao contraente público, ao abrigo das disposições conjugadas dos artigos 26.º n.º 1, alínea c) e n.º 2 do Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 1/2019/A, de 7 de janeiro, artigo 16.º n.º 1 alínea d) do Decreto Regulamentar Regional...
