1 - Ao abrigo do disposto no n.º 2 do artigo 46.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo e no uso da faculdade que me foi conferida pela alínea c) do n.º 2 do Despacho n.º 433/2016, do Exmo. Tenente-General Comandante-Geral da Guarda Nacional Republicana, publicado no Diário da República 2.ª série, n.º 7, de 12 de janeiro de 2016, subdelego no Chefe do Centro de Inativação de Explosivos e Segurança em Subsolo, Capitão de Infantaria, Paulo Ricardo Oliveira Póvoa, a competência para assinatura de guias de marcha e guias de transporte.
2 - A subdelegação de competências a que se refere este despacho entende-se sem prejuízo do poder de avocação e superintendência.
3 - O presente despacho produz efeitos desde 01 de dezembro de 2015.
4 - Nos termos do n.º 3 do artigo 164.º, do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, ficam ratificados todos os atos praticados, no âmbito das matérias ora delegadas, até à sua publicação no Diário da República.
