Despacho (extrato) n.º 12398/2016
Por despacho da Ministra da Justiça, de 30 de setembro, e nos termos do disposto no n.º 5 do artigo 12.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 215/2012, de 28 de setembro, foi designado, em regime de comissão de serviço e por um período de três anos, para o exercício de funções inspetivas na Delegação do Centro do Serviço de Auditoria e Inspeção da Direção-Geral de Reinserção e Serviços Prisionais, o licenciado Jorge Humberto de Jesus e Oliveira, o qual reúne os requisitos de competência técnica, aptidão e experiência profissional legalmente exigidos, conforme é demonstrado pela síntese curricular publicada em anexo, com efeitos a 1 de outubro de 2016.

Licenciado em Direito pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa de Lisboa, em 1985.
Pós-graduado em Direito Administrativo pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Macau, em 1997.
3 - Situação profissional atual:
Adjunto Substituto do Diretor no Estabelecimento Prisional de Coimbra, nomeado por Despacho n.º 14987/2013 da Sr.ª Ministra da Justiça de 27.09.2013 com efeitos a 01.10.2013 até ao presente.
Inspetor da carreira de Inspeção - IGAS, Ministério da Saúde.

Desempenhou funções de Adjunto do Diretor no Estabelecimento Prisional de Coimbra, de abril de 2011 a outubro de 2013.
Desempenhou funções como Inspetor no Serviço de Auditoria e Inspeção - Centro da DGSP, de dezembro de 2009 a abril de 2011.
