Ao abrigo do disposto na alínea d) do n.º 1 do artigo 227.º da Constituição da República Portuguesa, conjugado com a alínea b) do n.º 1 do artigo 89.º do Estatuto Político-Administrativo da Região Autónoma dos Açores e em execução do disposto no artigo 81.º do Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 2/2024/A, de 24 de junho, o Governo Regional decreta o seguinte:
