Decreto-Lei n.º 230/86 de 14 de Agosto Considerando a necessidade de garantir o abastecimento em alguns produtos da pesca nas melhores condições, quer para a indústria de conservas em molhos, quer para o consumo público; Tendo em conta as disposições do Tratado de Adesão de Portugal às Comunidades e em especial os artigos 192.º e 201.º do mesmo Tratado; Tendo em conta as disposições do artigo 20.º do Regulamento (CEE) n.º 3796/81, que estabelece a Organização Comum de Mercado dos Produtos da Pesca: O Governo decreta, ao abrigo da autorização conferida pela alínea b) do artigo 28.º da Lei n.º 9/86, de 30 de Abril, e nos termos da alínea b) do n.º 1 do artigo 201.º da Constituição, o seguinte: Artigo 1.º - 1 - Para os produtos constantes do quadro I importados de terceiros países Portugal passa a adoptar integralmente a suspensão pautal que a Comunidade dos Dez aplica.
2 - Em relação aos mesmos Produtos do quadro I importados da Comunidade são eliminados os direitos residuais existentes.
QUADRO I (ver documento original) Art. 2.º - 1 - Para os produtos constantes do quadro II originários das ilhas Féroe e da Gronelândia passam a vigorar em Portugal os direitos que a Comunidade dos Dez aplica.
2 - Quanto aos mesmos produtos do quadro II importados de outros países terceiros, Portugal passa a aplicar integralmente as suspensões pautais dentro dos limites dos contingentes pautais que para os mesmos vieram a ser fixados pelaComunidade.
3 - Relativamente aos mesmos produtos constantes do quadro II importados dos outros Estados membros são eliminados os direitos residuais existentes.
