Declaração de Retificação n.º 87/2024 de 17 de julho de 2024

O Despacho n.º 1346/2024, de 9 de julho, publicado no Jornal Oficial, II Série, n.º 130, de 9 de julho de 2024, carece de correção de erro material proveniente de divergência entre o texto publicado e a vontade do órgão administrativo.
Assim, nos termos dos n.ºs 1 e 2 do artigo 5.º do Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 25/2003/A, de 27 de maio, na sua redação atual, em conjugação com o artigo 174.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 4/2015, de 7 de janeiro, na sua redação atual, declara-se que:
1 – No n.º 2 do Despacho n.º 1346/2024, de 9 de julho, publicado no Jornal Oficial, II Série, n.º 130, de 9 de julho de 2024, onde se lê:
«2 – Os encargos com o apoio financeiro previsto no número anterior são suportados pelas verbas inscritas no Capítulo 50, Programa 09, Projeto 03, Ação 03, Classificação Económica 04.08.02, do Plano de Investimentos da Secretaria Regional do Ambiente e Ação Climática.»
Deve ler-se:
«2 – Os encargos com o apoio financeiro previsto no número anterior são suportados pelas verbas inscritas no Capítulo 50...
