Considerando que a Secretaria Regional da Saúde e Desporto, através da Direção Regional do Desporto, tem por competência prestar apoio às entidades e estruturas do movimento associativo desportivo da Região;
Considerando que as entidades do movimento associativo desportivo, nomeadamente a Associação de Natação da Região Açores, tem como objeto coordenar as orientações da respetiva Federação e promover, regulamentar e dirigir, a nível local a prática de atividades desportivas da natação;
Considerando que a Associação de Natação da Região Açores, no que respeita à atividade competitiva de âmbito local, apresentou o relatório de execução de 2022 e o programa de desenvolvimento desportivo para 2023, bem como a demografia federada correspondente à época desportiva anterior;
Considerando que nos termos do ponto 4.2 da Portaria n.º 147/2015 de 10 de novembro de 2015, está prevista, numa primeira fase, a celebração de contratos-programa, após a apreciação dos programas de desenvolvimento desportivo e dos relatórios de execução, tendo por referência o valor do contrato-programa do ano anterior.
Considerando que os objetivos, a serem operacionalizados pelo segundo outorgante, só serão acordados em reunião anual da modalidade, a sua contratualização será registada, posteriormente, em sede de aditamento ao presente-contrato-programa de desenvolvimento desportivo;
