Ao abrigo do disposto nos artigos 66.º a 68.º, 73.º, 74.º e 76.º a 79.º, do Código de Ação Social dos Açores, aprovado pelo Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 16/2012/A, de 4 de abril, e alterado pelo Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 21/2013/A, de 21 de novembro, foi celebrado a 27 de janeiro de 2023, um Contrato de Cooperação – Valor Investimento n.º 048/2023, entre a Vice-Presidência do Governo Regional e a Santa Casa da Misericórdia da Praia da Vitória, que visa estabelecer as obrigações recíprocas dos outorgantes, com vista à comparticipação das despesas referente à aquisição de uma viatura elétrica de 9 lugares, no âmbito do “Programa Gerações em Movimento”, até ao montante máximo de € 39.522,73 (trinta e nove mil, quinhentos e vinte e dois euros e setenta e três cêntimos).
Os encargos acima indicados serão totalmente suportados por verbas afetas ao Capítulo 50 - Despesas do Plano, Programa 02 – Desenvolvimento Social e Inovação, Projeto 2.2– Apoio à Família...
