P., em regime de contrato de trabalho em funções públicas por tempo indeterminado, Maria de Fátima Nunes Espadaneira, na sequência do Processo Disciplinar n.º 1/2020/GJC - ACES, instaurado pelo Despacho da Senhora Diretora Executiva do ACES do Alentejo Central, de 02 de junho de 2020, foi proferida decisão para lhe aplicar a pena de despedimento disciplinar, nos termos do disposto na alínea d) do n.º 1 do...
