Aprovação da proposta da Câmara Municipal relativa à alteração da delimitação da Área de Reabilitação Urbana do Centro Urbano de Cantar-Galo
Vítor Manuel Pinheiro Pereira, Presidente da Câmara Municipal da Covilhã, torna público nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no n.º 4 do artigo 13.º do (RJRU) Regime Jurídico da Reabilitação Urbana, estabelecido pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 307/2009, de 23 de outubro, na sua redação em vigor, que a Assembleia Municipal deliberou em reunião ordinária realizada a 25 junho de 2021, nos termos dos n.º 1 e 6 do artigo 13.º do RJRU, aprovar a proposta da Câmara Municipal relativa à alteração da delimitação da Área de Reabilitação Urbana do Centro Urbano de Cantar-Galo, e o quadro de incentivos fiscais, designadamente, da isenção do Imposto Municipal sobre Imóveis (IMI), no sentido da aplicação do disposto na alínea a) do n.º 2 do artigo 46.º do EBF - Estatuto dos Benefícios Fiscais, ou seja a isenção do IMI por um período de 3 anos a contar do ano da conclusão das obras de reabilitação.
