Aviso n.º 143/2018
Por ordem superior se torna público que, em 2 de novembro de 2018, a República Portuguesa depositou, junto do Secretário-Geral das Nações Unidas, na qualidade de depositário, o seu instrumento de ratificação da Convenção relativa ao Registo de Objetos Lançados no Espaço Exterior, adotada em Nova Iorque, a 12 de novembro de 1974.
Em cumprimento do artigo VIII da presente Convenção, esta entrou em vigor para a República Portuguesa no dia 2 de novembro de 2018.
A República Portuguesa é Parte da Convenção, aprovada pelo Decreto n.º 24/2018, publicado no Diário da República, 1.ª série, n.º 192, de 4 de outubro de 2018.
