Por ordem superior se torna público que se encontram cumpridas as formalidades exigidas na República Portuguesa e na República de Cabo Verde para a entrada em vigor do Acordo de Revisão da Convenção sobre Segurança Social entre a República Portuguesa e a República de Cabo Verde, assinada na Cidade do Mindelo em 2 de dezembro de 2012. O referido Acordo foi aprovado pelo Decreto n.º 9/2017, publicado no Diário da República, 1.ª série, n.º 58, de 22 de março de 2017, entrando em vigor a 21 de novembro de 2018, na sequência das notificações a que se refere o seu Artigo 3.º
