Aviso n.º 161/93, de 26 de Junho de 1993
Aviso n.° 161/93 Por ordem superior se torna público que, por nota de 1 de Abril de 1993, o Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros do Reino dos Países Baixos transmitiu uma notificação, nos termos do artigo 45 da Convenção sobre os Aspectos Civis do Rapto Internacional de Crianças, concluída na Haia, em 25 de Outubro de 1980, através da qual a República das Maurícias depositou o seu instrumento de adesão junto do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros do Reino dos Países Baixos, em 23 de Março de 1993.
Em conformidade com o artigo 38, parágrafo 3, a Convenção entra em vigor em relação à República das Maurícias em 1 de Junho de 1993.
