Ao abrigo do estipulado no artigo 4.º da Lei n.º 35/2014, de 20 de junho, faz-se público que no passado dia 24 de maio de 2018 tomou posse, perante o Senhor Presidente do Instituto Politécnico do Porto, Professor Doutor João Manuel Simões da Rocha, o Presidente do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, Professor Doutor Fernando José Malheiro de Magalhães, eleito a 26 de abril de 2018, em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 15.º dos Estatutos do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, homologados pelo Despacho n.º 15834/2009, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 132, de 10 de julho de 2009, e nos artigos 93.º, 96.º e seguintes do Regime jurídico das instituições de ensino superior, estabelecido pela Lei n.º 62/2007, de 10 de setembro.
