Por ordem superior se torna público que o Secretariado-Geral do Conselho da Uniáo Europeia notificou pela nota n. 8241, de 11 de Junho de 2007, ter a República da Polónia concluído, em 10 de Maio de 2007, os procedimentos necessários à entrada em vigor da Convençáo sobre a Adesáo da República Checa, da República da Estónia, da República de Chipre, da República da Letónia, da República da Lituânia, da República da Hungria, da República de Malta, da República da Polónia, da República da Eslovénia e da República Eslovaca à Convençáo sobre a Lei Aplicável às Obrigaçóes Contratuais, aberta à assinatura em Roma em 19 de Junho de 1980, bem como ao Primeiro e Segundo Protocolos Relativos à Sua Interpretaçáo pelo Tribunal de Justiça, assinada no Luxemburgo em 14 de Abril de 2005.
