Certifico que por escritura exarada em 17 de Outubro de 2007, lavrada de fl. 103 a fl. 104 do livro de notas para escrituras diversas n.o 73 do Cartório Notarial de Lisboa do notário Dr. Victor Sampaio Beja, foram alterados integralmente os estatutos da referida associaçáo com a denominaçáo em epígrafe, com sede na Avenida de D. Sebastiáo, 78, na freguesia da Costa da Caparica, concelho de Almada.
Foi deliberado:

Alterar o objecto da associaçáo; b) Remodelar integralmente os estatutos, mantendo no entanto a denominaçáo e sede social.
Pela presente escritura, na qualidade em que outorgam, e em execuçáo do deliberado, celebram os seguintes actos:
