Ao abrigo do disposto nos artigos 3.º, artigo 4.º, e as alíneas a), c), e), e n) do artigo 5.º e os pressupostos e condições previstos no artigo 6.º do Regulamento da Cooperação em matéria de Igualdade de Oportunidades, aprovado pela Portaria n.º 49/2009, de 22 de junho, foi celebrado o Acordo de Cooperação nº 11-IO/2024, entre a Secretaria Regional da Saúde e Segurança Social e a Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Santa Cruz das Flores, com vista à comparticipação das despesas inerentes ao desenvolvimento do Projeto “Pólo Local de Prevenção e Combate à Violência Doméstica ”, no montante de 21.093,36 € (vinte e um mil, noventa e três euros e trinta e seis cêntimos) por dotação financeira do Plano de Investimentos, inscrita no orçamento do ano de 2024.
Os encargos acima indicados serão totalmente suportados por verbas afetas ao capítulo 50 – Despesas do Plano, Programa 02 – Desenvolvimento Social e Inovação, projeto, 02.5 – Igualdade de Oportunidades, Inclusão Social e Combate à Pobreza, Ação 2.5.4 – Projetos de intervenção social...
