Considerando que a Associação Santana Cidade Solidária é uma Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social vocacionada para o desenvolvimento de atividades na área da Segurança Social, designadamente as direcionadas para a terceira idade;
Considerando que o Instituto de Segurança Social da
Madeira, IP-RAM, adiante designado por ISSM, IP-RAM, celebrou com a referida Instituição o Acordo Atípico
n.º 04/09, aprovado pela Resolução do Conselho do Governo Regional n.º 519/2009, de 23 de abril, através do qual é atribuído um apoio mensal no montante de
4.186,93 € (quatro mil cento e oitenta e seis euros e noventa e três cêntimos), destinado a comparticipar o défice de funcionamento do Projeto Idosos em Movimento e da valência serviço de apoio domiciliário, vertente lavagem e tratamento de roupa;
Considerando que importa alargar o âmbito de intervenção desta última resposta social, agora no que respeita à prestação de serviços no domicílio, designadamente à população idosa, que por motivo de doença ou falta de meios próprios ou familiares, não possam assegurar temporária ou permanentemente a satisfação das suas necessidades pessoais;
